What if you would like to retire early and work part time, then you're at a lower tax bracket and therefore the ladder ira conversion method works really well I'm assuming since you're deferring tax when you're making a lot of money, but convert it when the tax is low but before 59.5

IRA is a scam. Politicians cookie jar. 10% penalty is nothing, 16% inflation, falling markets… No one loves your money like you do, no one would love to have your money more than politicians.
