I love when you ask what was your biggest takeaway? There was like at least 5

    ABC – acceptance – belonging – care
    Appreciation, acceptance, acknowledgement, and affirming.

    Cooperate and collaboration with people.

Never confuse what an MD is…

Removing the barrier when engaging with people… In his case turning to them while using computer

Great video! But honestly now a days all this is not occurring. Don’t mean to be downer. But a lot of doctors just really want to move to the next patient. I can tell by their nonverbal behavior. They may ask” is there anything else?” While lifting their legs, okay I’m ready to leave. Some patients may take too much of their time, so yes it’s understandable. But I wish they’re was a way to have the patient feel more heard. Also there’s a patient etiquette. Even though healthcare worker provide service, doesn’t mean patients can act any way they want to. I’m in the healthcare field, so got a glimpse of both sides. Great topic
