Mark, you should setup a website which tracks the daily TSP performances. You would have a ton of subscribers.

  6. Peter Lynch

Get a job with the US Government and you can put 20,500 into a Roth TSP. PLUS, the 20,500 will be non-taxable. So, If you earned 40,500, the taxable amount would be 20,000. You will be in the 12% tax bracket.

Can you point us to an article explaining how the self-directed LLC you showed at 13:45 is not considered self dealing? If that’s not, then what is self dealing?

Transaction fees for trades are total garbage on acorns plus they close at end of day. So buying stock at best price of the day is out the door.

Just have to increase contribution amount every year by annual inflation amount. Hopefully wages will at least keep pace with inflation on average over the long term. One million may not be that much 40 years from now but neither will still contributing $45/ month 40 years from now. And often times, people make higher wages (above inflation rate) the longer they are in the work force( more experience and skills will pay more for example) and some of that extra income can be further contributed to investments getting to your goals faster.

I'm 25 years old and have my entire Roth IRA (over $45K) invested in leveraged ETFs TQQQ and TMF. Using a 55%, 45% allocation respectively and rebalancing every three months. I'm absolutely convinced that this is the best long-term strategy out there. Results on my channel

Here's how you get even MORE than 12%….

Buy Texas property tax liens or tax deeds. It pays 25% the first year and 50% the 2nd year….if the previous owner pays. If they don't pay the back taxes on their property by the end of the 2nd year, YOU GET THE PROPERTY !
