Great video and some nice tips! This is a scary time for new investors but the best thing you can do is not to make decisions based on emotions. This could actually be a good time to buy more of your high conviction stocks or crypto on a discount. Wealth is created during bear markets, not bull markets. If your portfolio is really effecting your mental health then delete the app and go for a walk. Let the market do its thing and have a long time horizon. I buy and just trade long term more than ever, I have made over 16` BTC from day trading with Grayson Miles Crypto in few weeks this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish..
I came here to learn how to invest after listening to a guy on radio talk about the importance of investing and how he made $460,000 in 4 months from $160k, somehow this video has helped shed light on some things, but I'm still confused, I'm a newbie and I'm open to ideas.
My life is totally changed because I've been earning $15,250 returns from my $5000 investment with Michael Saylor…
Inflation not good laaah.
Haiyyyaaaa!! Tell the Central bank to raise interest rates lah!

when rates move higher, everything needs to price lower especially those assets with a lot of leverage, namely Real Estate. Sell you home while you can.
“While equities remain volatile, experts say that businesses that pass on price hikes to consumers are a good place to invest” — Basically telling you that you should suck the blood out of consumers who desperately need your goods and/or services. That’s how the rich investor get richer and the poor gets snuffed out. LOL.
So if the central banks are increasing interest rates, are they raising them above the inflation rate? Absolutely not. We still have a negative REAL interest rate as a result. Bonds and gold are good defensive measures against inflation, but if I was a young Singaporean, I would go on the offensive and invest directly in commodities such as oil, uranium, and even dry bulk shipping, which is less volatile than commodities, yet (Baltic Dry Index) has tremendous upside potential during a commodity boom.
