    Hi Doug, I find this very interesting. I've never heard of this option. I own a business and I've been thinking of starting a solo 401k, but deep down, I never found them attractive. Additionally, I've been saving cash to invest in real estate. What do you recommend for a someone in their 40's. Do you think I should just focus my resources on the maximum funded life insurance?
