Thank you so much for the teaching. I'm 43 years old and I have until I'm 72 before I'm eligible for retirement. I'm starting now, so I should be fine. I already have matching thru 401K with FCA (Stellantis) and I have 10 years on the job. I started at 32 and invested into my 401K at entry. Although they've discontinued pensions, this should be a great replacement!
