Serves 2
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 2-3 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves 4-5
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 2
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2-3 tbs
-Tikka masala ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) roasted 1 tbs
-Cooking oil hot 3-4 tbs
-Dark soy sauce 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Egg noodles or Spaghetti boiled 120g
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) roasted
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves
-Anda (Egg) boiled

Directions:
-Finely chop onion,green onion leaves,green chilli,garlic & fresh coriander.
-Take out in a bowl,add tikka masala,red chilli crushed,caster sugar,pink salt,sesame seeds & mix well.
-Add hot cooking oil,dark soy sauce,vinegar,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add egg noodles & give it a good mix.
-Sprinkle sesame seeds & garnish with green onion leaves,egg & serve!
