Hey I’m a 17 yr old kid and want to get into investing into a Roth ira this video helped a lot
do you have to be an independent filed for this? i’m 18 but my father still claims me for his own tax benefits, is there a way for me to still open a roth ira?
Hey great video. If you are making an eligible amount right now, but you start making more money down the road can you still keep your roth IRA account if you start one now while your eligible?
I love visual aids and this was the break down that I needed.
Opening one soon
Thanks . . . That was easy. I've had difficulty finding a video that answered my questions about the Roth IRA
Can it be less than 6000 per year or does it have to be 6000
THANKS SO MUCH you the only person I could understand, in 17 years here in the us, so basically all this mumbo jumbo is,.
A account that you have to personally open and manage or set up (PERSONALLY AND MANUALLY) WITH A BANK OR EMPLOYER
So you can only add once a year?
Hi I was just wondering if you knew about how much they tax every year when you contribute the max 6,000 in a Roth IRA post tax account?
so i just opened a roth ira on fidelity and it got restricted. anyone know why?
You said the limit was $6-7,000, but what is the minimum to start the account?
Bro I am new to it! And I have no clue about this!!! It gives me an idea but I need more info… can you recommend more of your videos
I just opened one with my bank, was that a bad idea? She had me sign papers and sent me away, didn’t explain anything to me
Earn? Is that net or gross? What if you gross over 137k?
Here is simple way to understand.
Traditional IRA – Taxed when you start taking money out.
Roth IRA – Taxed when you put money in.
401k – Taxed when you start taking money out.
Roth 401k – Taxed when you put money in.
Any thoughts on vanguard? A lot of people have opened Roth IRAs with them
So it’s too late to make my Roth IRA today
This is really confusing for me, I’m first generation and my parents did not know any of this information. I am 27 and just learning about this. Who can I go talk about this in order to get started? I would like to start as soon as possible. Thank you for the video it helped me so much.
What about like fidelity anf vangaurd?
Do you have to reach your limit?
hi, so i came across this video and am super interested in now opening my own roth ira- should i wait to open it? Like April 16?
I’m 31 kinda late but I just opened my IRA and Roth IRA
What if your a 1099 contract worker?
Let’s say I start today and I make 35k. But I’m my 30s I make $150k will I still be eligible ?
I want to save money but also invest the money hands off, at a low risk tolerance.I’m willing to invest about $200 monthly, What do you recommend !??
I’m only 15 but my mom told me she didn’t have a retirement plan so I’m trying to do this for her. Is there a good way to convince a person who doesn’t know about finance to do this?
I am 24 and work full time as a nurse. I am matching my employer’s 401K. My husband and I are currently debt free, however he is in medical school and we will be going into debt for his 3rd and 4th years of schooling. Is it better for me to save money to pay towards our future debts or to invest in a Roth IRA/other means? Thank you in advance.
Also, will we be able to continue to invest in the same Roth IRA when our household income changes 5 years down the road?
thanks brooo
So good!
So I turn 18 april 25
I open it with 250 and fund 6000 the next year Jan-April15?
Hello, I'm 19 and am currently in school. Is it possible for me to open an account without having an official job before? I feel that employment is a requirement since I need a source of income but just want to be sure I'm not missing out on an opportunity.
Thanks im 12 years old but when ill turn 18 that is what ill do
Can you open a Roth IRA even though you are un employed?
What if I open up a Roth IRA and in the future I end up making more than the amount allowed?
Subscribed! Thanks for the great info. One quick question. I make less than 137,000 but once my wife starts working it will be more than the 200k eligibility. If I start one right now that I’m eligible will it be canceled once our income is over when my wife starts working? Thanks In advance.
Can you create a video to explain how to open HSA account? What health insurances qualifies, etc.
Would this be a time to get out of a Roth IRA since everything seems to be crashing? Or switch to bonds?
