    What naics code would you use for the s corp or LLC?

    In a Turo rental car business, the renters pay for their own gas. In light of this, I assume that you would not be able to use the mileage deduction since you did not pay for the gas? Yes the mileage deduction accounts for other things such as depreciation and maintenance, but there is no way to remove gas out the deduction. Therefore wouldn’t the only option be to do the actual expense deduction method if the customers are paying for their own gas?
