If someone opens a ROTH IRA and creates an LLC for this purpose and buys a house to start a rental property, don't they run into UDFI issues?
For example, if the person puts down $20k on a $100k house, and finances the $80k, and bought this property through their LLC that is owned by their ROTH IRA. I thought you also can't be the beneficial owner to any investments in your ROTH IRA, meaning you, your spouse, kids or parents can't have ownership in the investment.
