Amazing. There is inflation no doubt and now people are arguing if it is hyper or just inflation. I shake my head. Prices are up. Let it go. Get out of debt. Smiles.

Oh I love the Reagan " your Home is a bank" , so popular it still goes on today…..Tapping in to your fake home equity to buy assets that depreciate, nice.

Inflation is not exclusively a problem in the United States.
Canada's inflation rate is at an 18-year high….
Euro inflation is at an all-time high…

I think he was more worried bout hyper inflation, than regular inflation. 9.6%-+20%(by some experts) inflation in a year, like do people not see what's going on?

  17. Richard M

Dave isn’t worried ! He doing just fine.

  18. Daniel G

Inflation is killing California home buying. By time I save a down payment it’s nothing now cause housing prices raise too fast. It’s a never ending race

  19. Steven

Dave is so wrong on this and wrong on most things investing. Sad!

I’ve listened to this man a few times and he gives reasonable advice on basic economic advice. House hold questions.
But he just doesn’t understand the bigger picture .
In normal times you can look at inflation over many years but these are not normal times.
    “Short term spike.”
    That’s just laughable,
When you see money printing on this scale it only ever leads to high or hyperinflation.
I listen to this guy for amusement.
