Intel filed paperwork with the SEC late Friday for an initial public offering for its Mobileye Global unit, which makes chips and software for autonomous driving.
Intel (ticker: INTC) acquired Jerusalem-based Mobileye for $15.7 billion in 2017. In March, Intel announced that it had filed confidentiality with the SEC for an IPO; the new public filing takes the process one step closer to a public offering. If completed this year, it could mark the end to a lengthy pause in the tech IPO market.

Weird. Right now is the worst time for an IPO.
Correction: the worst so far…
First INTC fks Nvidia with cheap GPU’s.
Now they are looking to fk TSLA with mobileye.
Why buy a TSLA if every single car has self driving as well.
TSLA is still priced very high, so clearly there is room for mobileye to IPO.
If TSLA goes sub $100 then I would agree its a bad time, but its not even close.
