MURKOWSKI IS DONE? Poll Shows Trumpian Primary Challenger AHEAD by FIFTEEN Points!

In what could be a stunning turn of events, a recent poll suggests that Senator Lisa Murkowski, a long-standing Republican from Alaska, might be on the verge of losing her seat. The survey indicates that her primary challenger, who aligns closely with the Trumpian faction of the party, is currently leading by fifteen points.

Lisa Murkowski has been a prominent figure in Alaskan and national politics since she was first elected to the Senate in 2002. She has often been seen as a moderate within the Republican Party, occasionally taking positions that deviated from the party line. This approach earned her criticism from more conservative members of her party, particularly during the Trump era.

The emergence of a Trumpian challenger, supported by the former president’s base, does not come as a surprise given the recent fractures within the Republican Party. Many Republicans have chosen to embrace the Trump mentality, adopting his rhetoric and policies as their own, while others, like Murkowski, have attempted to carve out a more independent path.

The roots of this political battle can be traced back to Murkowski’s decision to vote against the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Her vote was seen by conservatives as a betrayal and led to a significant decline in her popularity within the Alaskan Republican base.

The latest poll, conducted by a reputable polling firm, shows Murkowski’s primary challenger firmly in the lead. This is undoubtedly a significant blow to Murkowski’s chances of retaining her seat, considering the poll’s margin of error is typically around three to five points. If the results hold true, it could be a momentous defeat for a senator who has been a prominent figure in Alaskan politics for nearly two decades.

The outcome of this primary race has implications beyond Alaskan politics. It reflects the ongoing struggle within the Republican Party, where the battle for loyalty to Trump continues to be a deciding factor in electoral success. Murkowski’s defeat would send a strong message to other moderate Republicans across the country, indicating that straying from the Trumpian path could result in severe consequences.

However, it is essential to remember that polls are just snapshots in time and do not always accurately predict the outcome of an election. Murkowski’s campaign team will undoubtedly double down on their efforts to regain ground and convince Alaskan Republicans that she is still the best candidate to represent their interests in Washington.

In conclusion, while the recent poll showing a Trumpian primary challenger ahead of Lisa Murkowski by fifteen points may be a cause for concern for the long-time Republican senator, it is not by any means a definitive indication of her political demise. The battle for her seat is far from over, and much can change between now and the primary election. Only time will tell if Murkowski’s moderate approach can prevail in the face of a strongly aligned Trumpian opponent.

So you trust polls when you like the results, but not when you don’t like the result? Got it.

  2. Jack Laurie

    Watch out, Murkowski cheats……horrible woman

  3. Taffer 1000

Useless GOP party. Lost California, Colorado, Virginia and probably now Arizona and Georgia. Think this retarded party would have done something once they lost California. Imagine losing the most populous state with the highest electoral college votes and just being cool with it. Only the GOP would contemplate something like this.

  4. John Q Citizen

You sound like a RINO. Blah blah trump BUT, blah blah trump BUT, blah blah trump BUT

  5. 72 TheCitadel

GOOD! Republicans need to clean out the RINOs!! We need strong, dedicated people to the conservative values & NO SURRENDER!

  6. Midge Barker

I've had this question in my head about Alaska on why the msm took so long to call the election for Trump. That was/and still is mind boggling to me.

  7. Midge Barker

She has got to go. She can't even be counted on for just basic commen sense Conservative support. She is Horrible. She has to exit out the door.

  8. Ed Sova

What happens if Murkowski loses the primary but wins an independent write-in campaign like she did in 2010

  9. Dave Johnson

This rino needs to go away, always a demo in her mind!!!

  10. A C

She's been munching on Pelosi's box on the down low for years. She's done.

  11. Garry DeManty

I remember that is what they said about Richard Nixon in 1962.after he lost the Governors race in Calif.

  12. Todd White

This b is really a Democrat. Wake up Alaska . Just another Romney. Dump this closet Democrat. Or watch Alaska go the way of most Democrat states.

  13. Fresh Urb

She was always an establishment RINO, look at her voting record, she is no different than establishment Democrat.

  14. William Penn jr.

You know how you can tell Lindsey Graham is a Republican? Its 3 months until he's up for reelection.

  15. Boris

Murkowski's have been ruining Alaska for over 40 years. Most the Alaskans i know here in Alaska dont trust Palin, she quit on us once before. That i know of theres 2 petitions in Ak to get rid of Murkowski, 1 by the right and one by the left.

  16. CosmicFire01

Key word EARLY, and keep in mind ranked choice voting will still land her the win.

  17. Daniel Rosen

Isn't Sarah Palin a war monger? Looking at the McCain campaign from a distance I really don't see why you would want her running. Obama broke his peace promises; McCain never even made them.

  18. Patrick C

If Alaska is so red, why does someone like her even keep being re-elected ?

  19. Sedna063

Murkowski will win in November if she runs. Doesn’t matter if she has a primary challenge – she won in 2010

  20. bad bob

    Yah!!

  21. RD Turner

    Only 15 points?

  22. road trip

Murkowski threw in with the dems and couldn't even get a waiver of the Canadian port stop requirement for cruise ships going from Seattle to Alaska. Failure

  23. Edwin Walker

There is ranked choice voting in Alaska so there is no Republican primary

  24. Jonah Ybarra

One of my good friends who lives in Alaska and who's father is high up in Alaska politics, when I asked him about a potential Palin run, he said, "Fuck. No." Alaskans absolutely despise Palin and would not turn out for her in the slightest. At least that's what a native Alaskan with deep roots in their politics shared with me, we'll see what happens. I'm by no means a fan of Murkowski, and I hope that Tshibaka wins and unseats one of the lead RINO's, but a Palin candidacy would not only ensure Murkowski kept her seat, it might even strengthen the Dems' standing in regards to votes.

  25. Anthonyq Colosimo

Trump should save his energy on key races. Murkowski is an independent thinker and it should not be shunned in the GOP. We need to unite against the left and it’s agenda. If that means joining arms with the RINOs and Moderates then so be it.

  26. Ko Ho

Everyone that has announced to run pretty much sucks. Tshibaka is an annoying Right-Wing Populist and Murkowski is a bit too moderate. Trump honestly destroyed the Reps, Trumpism is pretty bad.

  27. Sonny Pinto

Keep draining the swamp 45..God bless

  28. Bayly

    All republicans are finished

  29. Ed Robertson

Oh yeah. As long as fraudulent elections are acceptable their will never be a legitimate election again. Everything else is just a distraction.

  30. Tony Flynn

Murkowski is terrible would be a blessing if Alaska voted her out.
She is out for herself .

  31. Wonderbread

Because of ranked choice voting, all democrats will put her as second choice, its not possible for a MAGA Republican to win unfortunately

  32. Susan Likon

If she is defeated in the Republican primary, she will run as an independent and the Democrat candidate will win.

  33. Nathan River

The primary isn’t relevant, though. Murkowski only needs to finish in the top four to qualify for the general election.

  34. JFK

This poll doesn't look good at all, shes running ahead of the democrat. this is not good news.

  35. whirlwindjourney

Good! What's the point of keeping someone who caves at the first sign of trouble at every issue?

  36. omolabake adejumobi

Palin should come out and campaign for Kelly Tshibaka.

  37. Karen Patota, Founder of A Baby's Breath

As your supporter on Patreon, I'd like you to respond on the fraudulent 2020 election where the election was stolen through computer voting. All the polling makes no difference or maybe gives the other side the heads up on which elections to target.

  38. Mike Ellery

Ah, it's so cute that you think there will be another fair/un rigged election. Not as long as there is as much as a single voting machine plugged in.

  39. Eric Sprague

One Anti-Trump GOP going down! I love it! Keep it going!
