The problem with a lot of these preppers is they don't do their research. The only real disaster possibility is nukes, power grid due to solar flares which is still a very low possibility, and disease, peak oil? Not happening. Super volcano? Not happening. China defaulting on debt? Definitely not happening. Basic research tells you this. Sometimes preppers can get really illogical and start to spiral down this hole, I was once one of them
Waste of time if there is a global nuclear war. Nothing will survive except maybe insects. Plants will be dead, so you'll starve to death, assuming your water isn't contaminated with nucleonic particles. Should have called it Vault 101

Those are nice people but that bunker is garbage. You need something air/watertight or else you’ll have water and mold issues. I heard this is a huge issue with using buses for bunkers. Kind of like Rising S bunkers, those are no good either.
On a side note, I watched an experiment called Universe 25. Made back in the 40s. That'll put some chills in your spine

I get the idea to prepare. But I've done the math…even if I had billionaire resources, eventually I'll still end up like everyone else….with nothing. Even if you have safety and YEARS of resources and food (which is harder to set up than you think) at some point you'll run out and have to join others outside to continue on….

Jeremy dude our government can use twice the oil Reserves that we have and still have 150 years worth of oil stocked up. So that unnecessary fear is just you needing something to worry about. Plus or is our country stupid enough to utilize nuclear weapons against another country that has them also no one wins buddy not going to happen but hey do as you will peace or not me.
After what we've all gone through in the last 2 years, it would be interesting to have a follow up with all of these doomsday preppers to see how they fared compared to others and what they would do differently. I assume the people who were not supportive would apologize.

My family has owned big trucks all of our lives and to see that truck spine the tires and it being from the 1970’s is actually pretty impressive.
I’m going to look into getting one of these.
A 6X6 chassis is actually more difficult to get than you’d think and no matter the age you can expect to pay above $25K, for an actual heavy duty double framed, for a rolling chassis alone so when he said $3,500 my jaw hit the floor because even though this isn’t the double framed chassis I would’ve thought it would’ve still been a much higher price than that.

The Great depression lasted for 10 years idk if a person can stock pile that much stuff at one time.
