Hi, I just started using your budget template. Thanks btw. How do I copy the expenses from month to month without retyping them in?

Awesome goals! Cant wait to see you achieve each one!!

Good call on upgrading to platinum HC plan instead of silver. It costs more in premiums but that is pre-tax dollars. Will you save money with your new plan versus the old gold plan on things like co-pays and other minor fees?

leila have you considered budgeting off of last month’s online and extra income? it would reduce a lot of the guess work (and therefore stress) in your budget. i know getting to that point might take a while, but maybe it’s something to consider after you finish saving for your debt in 2023.

Doing a great job on budgeting! Have a question – how do you manage your sinking funds? Do you open savings accounts for them or do you keep the money in your checking? Wondering how you keep it all separate. Also do you keep a certain dollar amount in your checking to avoid fees, etc? Thanks!

Love ur videos! Sorry if you already said it, but do you use credit cards at all? Or do you just spend with debit/cash?

if you're young and healthy you should have a high deductible healthcare plan and a health savings account. The HSA will allow you triple tax benefit for money used in health care costs.

Great vision for January! Also did my budget and I'm excited about it

  15. Libby's World

SO EXCITED! For some reason I didn't think I'd get to see you again until next year! You have been such a positive inspiring influence to me in 2022. THANK YOU so much! Happy New Year Leila! My total cost for benefits for me per month is $280. You got a GREAT deal with your employer! WOW.. They hiring? LOL

  16. Laurie Marin

Amazing breakdown. In January I'm focusing on paying down CC debt that's thankfully 0% interest until March so I'll be aggressively paying that down, holding off on investments like the stock market etc until that's cleared. IT takes so much effort some times but I believe it is all worth it! YAY!

Great video and I think you’re going to do amazing with this new year coming. Super glad to see that you are maxing out that Roth IRA!
