Yes and it's all the fault of bloody useless politicians shutting the Country down for 2 years, to stop a few people dying ! Madness

  3. Paul B

Creditors are calling time on the UK's borrowing, big spending cuts to come, the structural budget deficits introduced by New Labour were never fixed. Private pensions have been adjusted over the last 20 years, in the worst cases entire schemes were placed in the lifeboat. Public sector pensions in both local and central government need adjusting, simply unaffordable now.

  4. Wonderboy Bates

News reporters need to stop interrupting people who are giving answers that they don't like.

  15. Lee Micky

There's only one reason we're in this position and that's purely down to the Conservative party. I don't understand why this guy and sky who've made this clip are broadcasting that it's a complete mystery.

  16. MIHA IVO

(: of course we have to be prepared ? )……there is a 10 megaton nuke heading for my house. How exactly should I prepare myself ? Idiot !

So let's get this right, we have had years of investing in to wind farms and solar panels which are no good, we could of had nuclear and coal power stations by now if it wasn't for the eco warriors, we have the technology to make coal power stations safer for the ev

I am saddened to see so many under stress -! It just the start – looking at our overall picture is worse in early 2023.

Thing will get worse when EU-UKs price cap on Russian Oil and gas come into effect 7 DEC 2023.

Really foolish polices of bring Russia to its knees have lead us all into this nightmare.

Liz talks more about -Putin -this, Putin is that – no talk of a compromise with Russia.

Energy -Oil and Gas drives everything in this world -limit this energy supplies – World or West growth starts to shrink. What Every Clever formulas Tory clowns come up with – its not going to work – Unless they change their polices of bring Russia to its knees and compromise with Russia and get energy flowing – Oil should at 76 dollars a barrel. EU needs Russian piped gas – without it – life will be much harder !

Dont expect USA to help -they have their agenda , rest must follow like good boys and girls.

  23. KT

Interviewer trying hard to get some ratings up when there was no need. Wrong show. Wrong country

  24. Omar Walker

  25. Mj

The debt markets are in trouble regardless of policy presenter is right though what plan has labour got that is so different from Tories perhaps tax cuts reversed?

  26. Melwe Consultancy

The Istanbul peace proposals which Ukraine and Russia were ready to sign was rejected by BOJO on his trip to Ukraine. Sadly the war continues on and innocent people continues to die. The world knows ukraine problem started back in 1991 with Nato expension and military coup in Ukraine in 2014 supported by western countries. Ukrainians are now becoming a canon folders. They have become a pawn in some body's else geo political interest. Sadly so.

  27. Robert Edwards

    Politicians never answer a question.

  28. ygg tor

USA is taking everything and EU is loosing everything. What a nice politics.

  29. Urban Mancry

20 years of money printing misery coming home to roost.

  30. Ha Mish

Who is Liz truss? Is this pm WEF?

  31. Tom Thumb

I prefer watching DW or France 24, Al Jazeera, some of the USA channels – almost anyone else, really – although one or two of the English front men (and they are, largely, men) emplyed there have all the same vices as the interviewers on SKY, the BBC, Channel 4 etc. – pompous, rude etc. Evan Davis was the only really sharp, fully-good-humoured and deft interviewer – genuinely intelligent and not at all overbearing. No one left like him so far as I can see. He almost never talked over the guest or interrupted aggressively and rudely. This guy sounds as though he has been prodded by Murdoch or some Tory bod to give Labour a hard time. Unfair? Woke questions are a sign of right wing influences.

  32. Dave Dunwell

Tory run sky news trying to discredit the Labour party.

  33. FLOR REAL

A pretty sad interview and interviewee

  34. Szabó Bence

Here I was thinking this one is not about putting pressure and pushing the war in Ukraine. 10 seconds in and already reminded of the nuclear threat and that we need to keep on the pressure.

  35. Paul Brunton

Vote out conservative, Liebour and the liberal Dumercrats,, and vote for Reform UK and Reclaim party and bring in Nigel Farage and Richard Tice and Niel Oliver and Jim Davidson and Martin Daubney and Laurence Fox and bring our lovely country back from HELL before this lot of politicians of the three main parties destroys it for ever and push us into a third world war with Russia and China, it's time to give a total change of government for good, hopefully people will wake up and change for the good of our country and its working people's lives.

  36. Paul Brunton

Thanks to idiotic politicians like boris Johnson and his house of lord's we have been pushed into a war with Russia when ages before Ukraine territory squabbling was a breakdown of government in both areas and Ukraine thugs took over Russian government offices by force so Putin is in charge and is taking it back by force.

  37. Simon Smith

Sky news presenter comments on behalf of the conservative party. SOOOOOOOO biased.

  38. Alan

Ashworth is nothing but a waste of money as an MP,keep this man out of government at all costs. Labour will continue to destroy the government were the Tories leave it, vote UKIP.

  39. Monkey Boy

Wasn't Ashworth recorded during a telephone call betraying his party leader?

  40. es sealants

The reporter is a joke, clearly didn't cover the labour party conference

  41. John Nicolson

This is a broken Britain it won't be called the United Kingdom anymore as Scotland will soon be Independent, the BBC and newspapers say 52% of Scotland wants to leave the UK but its a lot more than that.

  42. li ju

Labour is a joke, they basically have no answers to improve economy apart form spending even more money into green energy which of course would only grow debt

  43. li ju

green technologies are a joke , we would not be in this position if we would rely on nuclear and coal and that is a fact. Sure i don't mind developing green technologies if country has enough energy from other sources, but to INVEST in expensive green technologies is a joke
