JPM's Kelly: US Inflation Has Peaked, Time to Invest

JPMorgan Asset Management Chief Global Strategist David Kelly says US inflation has peaked, falling “gradually” to the 5% range by March, and sees opportunities for investors after recent declines in equity prices. “We’re looking for about an 8% long-term gain out of equities — this is the time to get invested, Kelly says on “Bloomberg Surveillance.”

what these people are not talking about is de-dollarisation has picked up momentum and more than 50-60 countries have sold dollar debts by the billions, those dollars will come back to USA and cause hyper inflation and trend will continue . talking about relief is a big joke. cashless and digital payments are gaining in, this is just the begining , Americans are living in Disneyland.

only fools support Biden and Ukraine! do not think that this war will bypass America! Putin is determined and Russia will either win or send all of NATO to hell with it. Americans should think about whether they began to live better when this war began! We must be friends with Russia, as Trump did. And only Republicans can change everything.

So we need another 4.5% rate hike in order to bring inflation down to 6.5%?

Inflations and Recessions are part of the economic cycle, all you can do is make sure you're prepared and plan accordingly. I graduated into a recession (2009). My 1st job after college was aerial acrobat on cruise ships. Today I'm a VP at a global company, own 3 rental properties, invest in stocks and biz, built my own business, and have my net worth increase by $500k in the last 4 years.

The millions of poor Americans under a Republican party control will suffer immensely. On the other side David Kelly has at least 5 generations of wealth stashed aside and I was wondering why he would say such a thing about a stimulus supplement; just out right no. Pain. Bring the Pain David Kelly!!

Why are you people so concerned about elections? The spending during covid was to last for years. $6 trillion over 8-10 years. Fiscal spending is already in the pipeline. Construction spending is already in the pipeline. Elections won't affect inflation. It's already set to rise.
