Tina Dabi, from Delhi, topped the 2015 Civil Services examination on her first attempt. She was born on 9 November 1993 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

At the age of 22, Tina Dabi topped one of the world’s toughest examinations, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), in 2015 and secured 1063 marks out of 2025. Before this, the 2014 Civil Services examination topper was also a woman, Ira Singhal and she is also from Delhi. She is the first SC (Schedule cast) woman to get a top position in the Civil services examination.

Tina Dabi took charge as district collector of Jaisalmer in July after a recent reshuffle. Before this role, Tina Dabi was serving as a joint secretary in the finance department under the Rajasthan government.

Tina has become District Magistrate now in just 4-5 years of her service that's commendable..i think no IAS officer has ever achieved this feet because there are many ias officer who never became DM in their life….And everybody aspires to become a DM after qualifying UPSC…though many clears upsc still can't become DM but what Tina has done is remarkable..She is the main reason that youth is crazy for UPSC..
