There is a rife app and they said you will get the same results as the machine, I just listen to the YouTube hz videos. I haven't tried that app. I like frequencies and the TENS machine and crank it up as high as I can stand to get those electric shocks because they really help my neck and shoulder muscle pain. We are electric so I think it's a good therapy. I have the one that goes around the waist and it's in storage so when I find it i'm getting new pads and i'm going to use that too. When it stimulates the body part I guess it flatten your tummy or body part by stimulating the muscle growth I guess, I wonder if it gets down to the fascia?
