Roth IRAs are a great retirement planning tool for many taxpayers.

Contributions to a Roth IRA are not tax-deductible, however, the earnings can grow tax-free, and distributions from a Roth IRA at retirement are tax-free as well.

Roth IRAs, however, are not available for certain taxpayers with Modified AGI above certain thresholds.
