Meta discussion

Hi everyone! Joined this community years ago and been learning about trading and technical analysis since then (having some interruptions in the middle).

I have finally taken the step and I think the first company Ill invest in is META.

From a fundamental analysis looks like the company its been highly undervalued. Even tho the user per revenue was not the expected, they have been buying back their shares, and their numbers (net income growth, long-term debt, cashflow, etc) are quite good.

From a technical point of view, I believe it could still reach its lowest point at 123p as it has broken the 150p support.

My strategy would be waiting until it goes up and breaks the 150p resistance to invest and then keep an eye on and see what happens when it reaches the 38.2% of fib.

I know for fact there’s plenty of highly prepared people in this community much more knowledgeable than me. I would love to hear your thoughts on the Stock itself and your strategies around it.

Thanks! 🙂

First mistake => timing the market

The Average revenue per user (ARPU) is like the most anticipated date to look on, to decide if a company has a future. If it continues to go down, price will follow, trust me

    Puts on META forever.

I’m a believer in META. I believe the downside from here is limited compared to other tech companies. They have a strong user base they can grow revenue from. At a market cap of 350b, 35b in stock repurchases takes 10% of stock off the market which is doable with their annual free cash flow. In 2-3 years I see significant upside in the stock price.

Lol you better start with put options first thing tomorrow. Meta had negative news today. They notified 1 million users that their accounts have been compromised today. Expect a big drop in meta this week on top of that the negative news from last week about too many bugs and employees not using

I personally think this stock is extremely undervalued. I would build a position. I posted on here about going long meta and google, feel free to read my points to help possibly build some conviction!
