Michigan Parenting Motions – Cranky but Hilarious Judge Pulling His Hair Out 😂 Volume 4

In the world of family law, there are few things more entertaining than watching a judge try to navigate the often ridiculous and contentious world of parenting disputes. And in Michigan, Judge Frank Smith has become something of a local legend for his no-nonsense approach, combined with a healthy dose of humor, when dealing with these cases.

Volume 4 of the “Michigan Parenting Motions” series has been making waves in legal circles, as it showcases Judge Smith at his crankiest and most hilarious. The videos, which are filmed in his courtroom, have been circulating on social media and gaining a loyal following of fans who can’t get enough of the judge’s exasperated reactions to the often absurd situations that come before him.

In one particularly memorable case, Judge Smith was seen pulling out his hair as he listened to a mother and father argue over the appropriate bedtime for their child. “I can’t take it anymore!” he exclaimed as the parents continued to bicker, completely ignoring his attempts to mediate the dispute. The footage has been shared thousands of times, with many viewers commenting on the judge’s relatable frustration with the never-ending drama that comes with co-parenting.

But it’s not just the judge’s exasperation that has people laughing – it’s also his quick wit and sharp tongue. In another video, Judge Smith found himself in stitches as he listened to a father argue that his ex-wife should be prohibited from feeding their child fast food. “I’m sorry, are we really having a legal debate about whether McDonald’s is a suitable dinner for a child?” he quipped, prompting laughter from everyone in the courtroom.

Of course, it’s not all fun and games. Behind the humor, there is a serious side to these cases, as they often involve children who are caught in the middle of their parents’ disputes. But Judge Smith’s ability to inject a bit of levity into these difficult situations has earned him a reputation as a judge who truly cares about the families that come before him.

In an interview, Judge Smith explained that while the cases can be trying at times, he believes in approaching them with empathy and understanding. “Parenting is hard enough as it is, without having to come to court to argue about every little detail,” he said. “I try to keep things light-hearted when I can, but always with the best interests of the children in mind.”

As Volume 4 of the “Michigan Parenting Motions” series continues to gain traction, it’s clear that Judge Smith’s unique approach to family law is resonating with many people. Whether you’re a legal professional, a parent, or simply someone who appreciates a good dose of humor, there’s something to be gained from watching these videos. And who knows – maybe we’ll all learn a thing or two about how to navigate the often-messy world of co-parenting with a little bit of grace and a whole lot of laughter.

"I'm not just making things up" = I have made all of these things up.
And the visit shouldn't be at Miss Joselin's house. If the dad visits there, he will end up in jail.

Interesting cases. Not heard some of yhese type of cases. Me. Elenwood should have been stopped minute she was seen driving! The ladt dude needs to learn to shit up. Two weeks in Texas, two weeks there, no stable home, the man is off his rocker about visitation. Nothing was daid what he went to jail or prison for either.

I completely agree with you about taking ADHD meds every day. I'm on the exact same med that the child is on and it is very important to take it every day.

Teens with ADHD are at a very high risk for drug and alcohol abuse, as well as self harm. Those meds are important for every part of every day. I know for me they help me make better decisions, feel more calm, and make me more confident when doing tasks that are difficult.

It is so important for doctors to keep up with the latest research, and if they can't keep up with that then they shouldn't treat patients with ADHD. In my experience you really have to find a doctor that specializes in your condition because you can't expect every doctor to know everything about every condition. However, doctors should also tell patients that they aren't comfortable treating them when they haven't kept up with that condition.

As far as the med bottles go the pharmacy can easily make you as many bottles as you want so that one can stay at the school dad can have one and mom can have one. In fact it's the law that you are only supposed to transport prescription medications in properly labeled bottles.

Oh, wow…the non-communicating couple. This is going to dive into some deep holes when he starts with the fact that they agree on homeschooling and vaccinations. Let's see where they go from here. I can't wait for this evidentiary hearing. Please what out for it.

Seems to me the judge was a bit flippant about 97,000$. Were they attempting to show paperwork?
