My UK State Pension – How Much Will I Get?

The UK State Pension and how much is it since the changes in April 2016 is quite a confusing issue. In this video we will cover what is the State Pension or Old Age Pension and how it’s calculated and also give you some examples of what you are likely to get based on a range from the minimum right through to the maximum. You will also find some links below to the Gov.Uk website which I reference in the video.

England Tory politically Thomas. They win 2024 UK general election. Would England vote in referendum to change UK voting system to full P.R STV voting system for UK general elections. Liberal Democrats politically do that in Britain. Awesome.

Or if you spend your life taking out of the system and avoiding work , living off handouts supplied by those wh have worked ,, the government will just keep giving you more handouts till you die . Where is the incentive to work , at the moment there is 1.7 million unemployed and something like 1.2 million job vacancies , you dont need to be a genius to work it all out . Only fools work in this country , and Im one of them , forty years of being a fool .

But I still have my self esteem , what price pride.

I am a 75 year old English Buddhist monk living in Thailand. I have received no increase in my pension over the last 10 years because Thailand is not included in the countries where pension increases are given. Will this be different with the pension rate rises being offered in 2022?

Today I hear that the government has rejected calls to cut state pension age. Because they just don't give a fuck.the government is saying that it can't afford do that .and that it would cost the tax payers millions. What about the MP's expanses that are unfair .and many times they were caught lying and cheating to claim expanses they shouldn't.
Why doesn't the government cut the millions they pay cheating and lying MP's. These guys seem to claim for everything even the fuel fuel for their expansive cars to go and back from work .while ordinary people have to pay for their transport to work and everything else that MP's take for granted.from their own wages.

STOP relying on the state to look after you. Shit healthcare system, shit school system, shit pension etc, basically everything the state is involved in is average, save your own money, invest, buy real estate and watch it grow, set up a ltd company, instead of moaning about it get out there and make it happen for yourselves. No way will I be relying on the state to educate my children, give my family decent healthcare or provide for me in old age. Too many wasters out there thinking they won't get old and blowing their money consuming stuff they don't need to impress other people. Sad!

I have 24 years in a defined benefit (i.e final salary pension). Now they have moved be to defined contribution. When can i touch the final salary pension at age 65 or before? Does 25% lump sum only apply to defined benefit or defined contribution pension?
