I set up an ACOP/SKYPE that I think the best way and accurate way to determine if the pensioner is still alive compared hot sending it through the mail . I even set up an outlook.com to access into this program. In my dismay , no responses from member_relations@sss.gov.ph..I email them several times not no responses. I tried to go on line via video but they were offline. How can I do my Annual Confirmation within this month of January ,my month birth of they will not avail this SKYPE program if they don't avail themselves ?
