As I try to sell off the duplicated gear of many systems, I am hoping to rationalize my kit. The a330 Sony must go, and I will be reducing my Pentax kit. Olynpus is now my main gear with this little Sony NEX-6 being a nice little carry around.

3 good quality primes and a body is all I have needed for quite a long time now.
Hi Ira, good video – too many choices!
I like the camera angle – feels conversational! Cheers!

I drive around for the company I work for my main drive around lens is a Sigma 28- 70 3.5 – 5.6 zoom lens I take pictures as I'm stopped at a light must faster than a smartphone .
Enjoyed as always Ira, and definitely watched it.
The Sony NEX-6 is an awesome piece of kit. I don't know if you can find a better bargain in 2020 picking one of those up used for $200 on Ebay. It is an awesome camera for use with adapted vintage lenses. I have watched the "one lens" videos and accept the underlying argument. The "use one prime and zoom with your feet" argument is where I draw the line. Like you, living in Newfoundland, zooming with the feet doesn't work well when you are outside on wet bogs and at oceans edge. I think a nice wide to short telephoto zoom lens like the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L makes a much better case for a one lens minimalist on the go.
