Thanks for the video, in our situation, my brother is dealing with a disability and was termed from his job earlier this year as a result. He is collecting LTD benefits but is in the hospital now receiving treatment. He wants to use his 401k money to pay off the rest of his mortgage, would the 10% penalty be forgiven in this case ?
