   Praying earnings is positive. I was told every-time bears do puts on TSLA earnings they get wrecked. I have calls for the first time 60 contracts. TSLA would need to be over 250 for Musk to sell shares to buy Twitter. If he sells them too low it hurts the retail even more. I’m wondering if I should get some 190 puts tomorrow. Thoughts?

    Real question here
    Q1 Tesla delivered 310,048 vehicles earnings was 1.07
    Q2 Tesla delivered 254,685 earnings was .76
    Q3 Tesla delivered 343,830 but produced 365,000 vehicles and is only expected .97 in earnings how exactly does that make sense if they produced and sold more cars than Q1? Shouldn’t the EPS be around 1.13-1.15?

    I have 660 shares and one covered call at 300 strike. It won’t go above 300 I can tell you that. All I do is play the wheel against my Tesla shares and make around 500 bucks a month pretty consistently. If I’m feeling adventurous I may sell 3 calls and bank 1500. Love that high IV.

    Bought 75 TSLA in 2015 for ~17 (after splits). Was planning on holding for 50+ yrs and giving to my kid to hold another 50. At over 1100% gain… Plans not changed.

    I have 25 put contracts at 208.50 a share that expire in a few months on TSLA. Call me crazy. I think their earnings will be low. Tesla is one of the most overvalued companies in the US. They also don’t have a lot of debt. I don’t believe it’s a bad company but it’s all about what price you can snag it at.
