    Chowan is tidal but nothing like Potomac and definitely does not affect the fish in the same matter Fish can be caught in going or outgoing tide,and can be caught all times if day yet out going has always been best .

    If u run Up the chowan into va and u then need a va license for that ,I live here and fish both often, up is not where it will be won fishing is no ways as good up river

    Prediction: professional, bass fishing is become more of a rich man’s hobby sport than it is something that anybody in their right mind should consider a true profession mark, my words is just gonna be rich people doing this in five years, with a lot of broke roadkill folks from the past five years, losing all their money. You guys were the last generation.
