Will my retirement annuity be reduced, if I continue to recieve income distribution from a LP that provides a K1 form every year (it is not a W2) -? I am considering retiring at age 60, and will recieve the annuity and FERS supplement. I was excited about this income, however after watching this video, now concerned as I receive the K1 in my name and my SS#. Thanks.

I am 54 with 16 years of service and I want to retire asap. When should I set up a appointment with you to go over my options. I want to get a head start. I will receive a retirement from the Airforce Reserves at age 60 so I want to leave but not necessarily receive a pension.

If I take a monthly payment of 1700.00 from my TSP, will that affect my fers supplement?

Does the 10% also pertain to air traffic controllers that reach 25yrs of service at the age of 50yrs old? I wasn’t planning on withdrawing from TSP till 56, but I didn’t think there was an additional penalty. We are force to retire at 56 but everyone is eligible at 50.
