    1:03:00….that's really what's going on. Local governments are mortgaging land to Large institutional investors and Private Investors with a lot of capital. A lot of these investors are international (China, Canada, Japan, Etc). Not really favorable for the average hardworking black man or woman. Not even favorable for the average American.
