Today on Suero TV we had Bupelo Moalosi, a certified financial planner and MD of of Lima Consulting.

Bupelo and I discussed the importance of planning well for your retirement, Pension being the main conversation. We basically touched on the importance of having a pension plan as soon as you start working whether your employer has it as a benefit or not.

It’s imperative to understand your retirement and pension plan are your responsibility not your employer’s.

Is it a good idea to dip into your pension before it fully matures? We touched on this.

Is it ever too late to have a pension plan? No, it’s not. Even if you are 45, you can still have one, we talked about this at depth.

Retirement anxiety is a common one especially when approaching retirement age. What is it and how can we avoid or deal with it?

This is a conversation for all working and almost retiring class as well as the retired.
