Nobody is saved just because they believe that Jesus Christ existed with head knowledge. James 2:19 says thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devil's also believe and tremble.
Even the devil believes in God. Head knowledge is a start, but according to the Bible in Romans 10:9,10,13.. we must believe in our heart and receive him by calling on him to save us. What good is a gift unless you reach out and take it? You may be able to see that it's there, but unless you receive it.. it's not yours. You have to acknowledge that you need it and take it.
If you have been saved, you will be able to point to an instance in your life where you have asked Jesus Christ to forgive you, and save you, and you have been born again. A time where the Holy Spirit has put you under conviction that you are a lost sinner and needed a Saviour. And at that time put your full trust in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross.

There are old maps that are more detailed than they should be about continents that hadn't been "discovered" yet but the arctic is what they talk about mostly. Google Earth doesn't show anything up there but if you zoom in some of the composite images will switch from snow covered to snow free land. The editing isn't perfect.
