If you can't evict, you could always burn the house down. Real estate in all these democrat controlled utopias with be worthless in a generation.

MortgagenGame (Beau Biden involved) research it

  3. Aye Flippum

This is obviously a ploy to wrest properties out of the hands of small landlords.

  4. John Defalque

Another piss off I have as a tenant is that damn credit record check-it your credit is not perfect, you may as well be a convicted murderer or sex offender.

  5. John Defalque

I think in Canada if you're a week late, you and all your stuff will be out on the curb. My biggest piss off as a tenant is -we have to pay some of the highest rents on earth but just try to get a non-smoking bldg, wing, floor or unit-it should be easy!

  6. Missy K

This NEVER should have been allowed to happen. The squatters should have been kicked out a long, long, long time ago. If I was the landlord, I would lose my sh** by now. If I had to go to a jury trial for a non-payment tenant, I would torch that house down to the ground. Now where ya gonna live you mooch, because I'm getting 3 hots and a cot.

Landlords must screen tenants better. You must do a credit check and criminal background check on every potential tenant. Many of these problems can be avoided with tight tenant screening. It takes longer to find good tenants, but in the long run it is well worth it.

The housing prices are going up faster than any working person could save. I feel exceptionally lucky I started investing in my early 40s and consistently compounded my income to create more cash flow. I grew to a 7 figure well-diversified portfolio having exposure to different prolific investments mainly stocks, real estate, metals, and high yield dividend funds. ever grateful to Trisha Jean Webb my F.A… Its been a year of steady growth.

  13. Pete Stanton

This is all elite-owned government making excuses for not building new affordable and government housing.

  14. Mark Phillip

The Fed is no doubt at fault when they were too slow in controlling inflation in the beginning and now they are trying to do extreme catchup. The pandemic, the supply chain issues, and the Ukraine war all contribute to this perfect storm of brewing inflation. Don't forget the big spike in housing prices, that's another reason the Fed is having a hard time-fighting inflation. All in all, cash in king now and milk that high savings rate if you got the cash. Good times will only last so long and bad times will fade. My advice to anyone feeling the heat in this inflation just trades long term more than ever, I have made over 587k from day trading with Kathy Garett in a few weeks.

  15. Steven Mccallan

Amazing how here in NE the housing market is still red hot and showing no signs of slowing down. Sellers are very happy

What’s coming is uncharted territory. We will learn by doing.

  17. Rose Carey

DONT WORRY, THE IMMIGRANTS THAT ARE COMING OVER ILLEGALLY WILL FILL THESE HOMES WITH JOEY'S MONEY…DONT WORRY,,JOEYS GOT THIS,,EVERYTHING IS FINE….

  18. Jason Chin

Said this on Travis’s channel a while back. I do not want to be a landlord right now, PHE (public health emergency) rental laws have changed the game. I run a small junk removal business in town and the nightmare stories I’m seeing from landlords when they call me to remove crap off their properties is nuts and they get left stuck with a hefty bill for repairs on top no rent being paid since 2020!

  19. lucia munoz

Jury trial! Absolutely pathetic! Bidenism at it’s finest.

  20. Jermon

The tsunami foreclosure wave is coming. Just like us smart real estate investors were saying three years ago.

  21. joe lewis

Unless their is a crime involved. This is one way to expose fraud. The landlord has to prove he acquired the property legally and the tenant has to prove he has legal right to property. In the end of everything is legal it will be set right. This is from all the fraud that has been discovered in the housing market. Should not be a problem, unless their is fraud involved.

  22. Allen Hanks

How can a property pencil out with not getting rent? It can’t ever.

  23. Gordon Harlow

I have a hard time feeling landlord pain. Rents have doubled in the last 8 years. Brings a tear to my eye!. I know one landlord who has not raised rents on his good tennants….guess what? They all pay on time. Adding a car payment each year to the rent and expecting ??? I am taking my landlord to federal court pursuant to the ADA for evicting my wife and I after she got cancer and they raised rents over $1000 during covid. I doubt they will be asking for a jury

  24. Josie Graham

This are all evil laws right and wrong if your renter pay your rent moral thing to do landlord have bills to pay maybe they are still paying mortgage do what is right got it common sense

  25. Patti Martin

Time for non paying tenants to hit the road. They have had long enough to have received free housing. Time to get up, get out and get a job. The owners have the RIGHT to have their property back. Most likely it will have been destroyed by the tenants. Stop this bullshit…of sueing the owner. GET OUT….
    MOVE ON !!!

  26. Scott Coleman

Have someone squat in the property while the deadbeats are in court!

  27. Den Pepp

That's always the problem with renters. WHAT IF THEY DON'T PAY AND WON'T MOVE OUT?????

  28. Monte ZZ 454 X

    Just have a mediation. LOL!

  29. Lien Henderson

Geez, glad I don’t have a rental in CA anymore.

  30. Cameron Jenkins

Insane! Another version of kicking the can down the road!

  31. D R

None of its wacky if the goal is communism

  32. BR

I’m a stock investor, not a real estate investor. The way I see it, these non-paying tenants are the risk that landlords take on, in order to earn their premium. You always have to pay for premium with risk when investing, and typically more risk leads to more potential gains.

From my pov, as a renter (by choice, not necessity), these non-paying renters are fantastic. The more pain landlords feel, the more they’ll have to sell or foreclose on their property. That will push down property values.

Something like 25% of sales were from real estate investors. If they take losses like this, that’s a lot of forced sellers.

  33. shaunsprogress

Gold will drop, deflation is coming. That everyone is shilling it as all time highs makes me sick.

  34. Fake

Like I've been saying! The end of homeownership! People just don't see it yet! I've known it was coming years ago! The"Great Reset"! All planned!
