   So many ways to make money out there. It's all about how bad you want it and knowing what is your gift or knowing what you are good at doing. A lot of people give up when they struggle at first. You keep learning as you fail and keep giving it your all. Never give up. No excuses. The parachute will eventually open.

    Wish I could ask him a few questions about my current situation. I have a food truck business but I shut it down temporarily to go work in a warehouse for $14 an hour. 12 hours A-day not super hard work. But when I'm home. I'm drained. And food costs on the rise.

    So what he is talking about is getting yourself in debt but having a big money flow, like constant income to pay your rents of your loans, and on top of that owning real estate the gets higher value over time becouse of inflation, or am i mistaken? So that succes/being rich?
