    4:51 I don’t use the ladder, but I definitely slowly convert to Roth — I call it tactical Roth conversion, where I exploit the 0% tax bracket — it’s the trifecta (like the HSA)! Tax deduction up front, tax optimized 0% marginal rate conversions, tax free withdrawals down range!
