I believe LEO, FF, CBPOs who retire at 50 or after 50 can withdraw penalty free from both a Traditional or Roth TSP per Department of Labor.
What if you are active duty military retiring over 55? I was told you can withdraw from the Roth TSP without penalty.
Hello sir, when I transfer Roth TSP to Roth IRA I understand I have to wait 5 years then do I have to pay any taxes ? I guess Not the tax already paid correct.
How easy is it to direct TSP to just pay out of the traditional TSP account (funds resulting from employer matching, for instance)?
