   PayPal has been shit for a long time. It’s now cheaper and faster for me to send money directly to foreign accounts from my bank, their conversion rates are shit and their fees.

   PayPal is garbage. I had someone buy a phone from me for $800. Used PayPal who said verified user, blah blah. I shipped the phone and then a couple weeks later PayPal says it account was stolen and charge is being denied. They said I was having to pay back the money. I appealed and told them that’s your problem, not mine.. you said address was verified and everything. Thank god I required a signature for the package to show I had actually sent something because I was able to use this as part of my appeal. It took over a month for them to finally accept my appeal.

   I move on, then 3-6 months later they hit me up again basically saying I was at fault but because I’m a valued customer they’re not going to take the money back, but don’t let it happen again.

   Don’t worry… can’t happen again if I never use your shit service again.

   Paypal is on a fast track to nowhere.

    PayPal sucks ass. I had my transactions deleted after I raised an issue with a $650 deduction. Sent the transcript evidence to the bank, but as they were deleted from PayPal, they would not reimburse them. So where do you go?

    PayPal went to shit after Elon sold them. The best thing they had under him was that your money in PayPal was in a MM fund that would pay you interest. I’m certain that it still is, but current management of PayPal is pocketing all of that money and giving you nothing.

    I used to say funny shit in my venmo comments when I paid coworkers for lunch but now I’m worried I’d be fined for some of the off color remarks we’ve made in the past while exchanging money. (hookers and cocaine, or gas for driving to meet Hunter Biden’s cocaine dealer, etc). Guess I’ll be using zelle.

    Well, just withdrew my funds from PayPal. I’ll close the account once the funds are in my bank. I use TransferWise now anyways.

    they fixed that mistake already. Am I the only one with a january 2001 ebay start, and a 2005 pay pal? I had to start over at least 3 times in both…those latter dates are non stop continuous. 22 yrs and 17years. I get deja vu sometimes with silly things like this.

    The way I interpreted it was that if the person or business knowingly sold someone something using false information or under sketch circumstances, the person or business would be fined i.e. scams and the likes.

    So like if someone said they were selling diet pills and had all this “information” to back it up but it was all shit “research” done by Dr. Bob who lost his license, that would qualify.

    So like…I don’t care about the change or fine because I am not selling anything and if I did I wouldn’t do it with any nefarious methods so either way moot point.

    But yeah….

    The issue I have with your wording is that they are using these as a means to profit, which is extremely non-marxist of them.

    I mean they aren’t even worker owned and led! Where’s the Marxism in that.
