Good plot, but as always with Hollywood, all those actors look like they stepped out of a toothpaste ad, that ole morphobiology which is really getting more and more on my nerves. Can't "they" just take more average looking folks for a change ?

Some of these comments are way over the top. No way they are all authentic.

Very interesting on the edge of your seat thriller, and I know it's only a movie but you mean to tell me that they live in a million dollar home with zero security, no alarms, no motion detector lights or watch dog? And then when the daughter is kidnapped the father comes apart at the seams, screaming how could this happen….how could this happen!!!!? God above please help me to understand. Lots of talk in the comments about good acting. Everyone seems good except the lead actress, imo. But the dialogue is what's killing it for me. It got better about 15 minutes in, but then when the main conflict arose, I thought to myself- I just don't care about these characters. I'm out.

I tell cops and firemen all the time….if you choose these professions, don't get married…its just selfish to think you can have both.

First of all, consider your position to begin with. You're part of a vice cop sting operation goin' up against high rollers and their established big money operations. If you are a legitimate threat, your lawyers ain't gonna help you because these people have the means to whack you, your relatives, or whoever else gets in their way. If you wanted some kinda safety zone, this job here is definitely not for you.

I smelled this lawyer right out of the starting gate. He takes the "pro bono" case because of the kid. That lawyer fraud knew she is instrumental in the vice bust, which probably includes a few well paying clients besides the madame running the front show. Did they switch that goofy frazzle headed kid at the maternity ward, and her actual kid is with other parents? Let the husband and kid do whatever it is they're gonna do.

Characteristic of the "modern" film? Children no longer know their place and demand parents to explain things they do not understand.

To all men….if your wife/ girlfriend doesn't put out you have the right to look for it somewhere else!!

"Dear God, I know I am a sinner. I want to turn from my sins, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe He died for my sins and that You raised Him to life. I want Him to come into my heart and to take control of my life. I want to trust Jesus as my Savior and follow Him as my Lord from this day forward. In Jesus' Name, amen."

    Did you pray this prayer?
