    both, 20 divided paying blue chip stocks and index funds.

    You should add high dividend 4% and up, high growth (apple, google, nvidia) and real estate/reits. Since its untaxed gains you make more off the dividends and less taxes on the growth.

    Your really smart but you should be a little more specific in regards to Wich account your talking about. If I hadn't known the difference between traditional IRA and Roth IRA I would be lost
