Manufacturers need to factor in adult stupidity in their designs, otherwise accident rates will soar.
I envisage accidents with this expensive toy, but at least it's limited to 8kph. I hope they bundle a protective helmet with this. Many parents are neglectful, when it comes to overseeing safety of their kids.

Radio Flyer tried a kids model CyberQuad and they got sued by a woman that got injured (minorly) and they stopped production.
