I don‘t get the lady with the Law Degree. What kind of attitude is that? You‘re deep in debt but, you don‘t want to litigate because it was a bit hard?

  7. Rose-anna Sage

I always have to smile when Dave says real quick and the caller goes on and on about how long they‘ve been listening. I am here saying girl, the man said quick.

I hate to break it to you Dave, it is incredibly easy to get homeowners insurance in Florida. How do I know? I live in Ft Myers, Florida and I have insurance. So does everyone I know here. I had no problem obtaining insurance or renewing my policy after hurricane Ian.

Why doesn't Dave ever discuss the real cost of having children? It seems like it's a huge financial obligation that should be planned and budgeted for.

Helen's main issue is lack of direction not debt. She has a very marketable degree in IT, did nothing with it and got another degree she did nothing with, got yet another degree (law), and doesn't really have a plan for what to do with that to actually maximize it's potential.

Sounds like she's basically been going "well I need a degree" with no thought on what she'd do with it, couldn't figure out a career or didn't like the work and went "well I need to get another degree. Guess I'll get one in X" (again with zero thought), then rinse and repeat.

Same thing with her law career. Decided she didn't want to litigate so just went "well guess I'll have make peanuts at a non-profit." No research.

I'm curious if she's the first or close to being the first person in her family with either a college education or a career type job. Definitely getting those vibes.

Dave, must you bring your political views into the program? I know that’s hard, but, please.

You know, Ramsay, is right. "The advice is only worth how much you pay for it", if you pay 100% its great advice and help you, if you only pay partial attention you get junk in junk out.. 😀
