It is a very useful video for me. I had purchased a property from my husband before we got married. It was a manufactured house. but after a few years, we decided to get separated and he moved out and lived in that house till he died. Since we were still married but lived separately due to his mental illnesses and alcoholism. He was responsible to pay all the property taxes. therefore, I never expected that he has transferred the house to his name on fraudulent papers, and he becomes the sole property owner. I came to know after his death.
