How do u calculate the average Price/FFO in whole RIETs industry?
Jimmy, I know it's impossible to predict but one thing I wonder is the fact that so many renters are in holes they can't get out of and that could mean rent owed will never come and be written off and then we might end up with lots of unrented spaces? possible? or no?
equinix dropped hard on inflation fears because it is incredibly expensive. you buy low p/e stocks if you fear inflation, not insane mind boggling ones like equinix.
Deeper dive of OHI?
IIPR my guy
Hey just wanted to throw in another REIT that looked interesting – VICI. I was inspired by Joseph Carlson on youtube and it's sporting a P/FFO (TTM) of around 13.5 and a P/FFO (FWD) at around 16. Just a thought, love the channel!
Real Estate being to the roof right now, is REIT a good investment at this time?
What is impact of foriegn reserves by other countries holding dollar on US inflation? Any index on how countries increased dollar reserves to prevent inflation in their economy? Especially after covid.
Can't find any real estate etf on DEGIRO any other good dividend stock on DEGIRO?
Bravo jimmy
Let's analyze ARE reit
Can you make a video on Wendy's?
Thanks a lot Jimmy! Would you evaluate SPG as part of REIT?
Hey Jimmy……your channel get a review from another good channel. Please watch it.
I cheered for you.
Thanks Jimmy
Where do you suggest locating the REIT, taxable account, deferred tax account or ROTH account?
Another great video, thanks Jimmy!
Realty Income. Ticker symbol: O
+ 1 ( 9 7 8 ) 2 4 2 ‑ 7 3 2 8
You can still invest and have more profit

Out of these, I would personally prefer a deeper dive into CCI, as I am long CCI.
Thank you for all of your excellent videos!
I rlly like Jimmy but I don’t think this recommendations are as good as the ones he usually gives. I really like GEO, pe ratio<7 and price/FFO< 3
Im trying to get into stock what should I do?
thanks for this REITs overview! Can you please do a deep dive on Equinix? Interested to understand their high P/E ratio or Price/FFO as you've mentioned
CCI's payout ratio is 238% That's not sustainable…Why go with these REITS when there so many good one out there?
Four REITs than offered superior risk adjusted returns over last 20 years over the ones mentioned in the video: MAA, SUI, ESS.O. Btw, COLD only has 2 year history
I recently bought over 3k worth of VNQ which makes up about 3% of portfolio. It just seems to make sense at least for the remainder of the year given the economic turbulence going on right now. All the best!
“Hi I’m Jimmy, let me tell you five REITS with sky high prices that are already on the moon so if the market crashes they’ll lose 2/3 of their value.” Hi Jimmy!
CIM
How to find the fair value of a reit that would be a good video, thanks Jimmy
Price is what you pay, Value is what you get!
– Warren Buffett
i would like to see an analysis of MPW (MedicalPropertiesTrust) or OHI (OmegaHealthcare)
Hi Jimmy, could you make a video on PSTH?
The DA was announced Friday and the deal is more complex than the usual SPAC deals + even though UMG is not public Vivendi reports it’s financials.
Hi Jimmy. I think you should check this healthcare REIT: NHI. P/FFO 12x. Dividend yield almost 7%. Management well aligned with investors. It would be great if you could make an analysis!
I recommended a professional broker to you guys sometime ago,can i get person who invested with her
Comment below
Surprised you didn’t mention SUI
O and STAG are both decent also.
Hi Jimmy, could you please make a video on Alibaba
Nice video!! Very engaging from beginning to end. Nevertheless, businesses and investment are the easiest way to make money irrespective of which party makes it to the oval office.
Awesome picks!
Hi Jimmy. I would like to point out that Price to Adjusted Funds from Operations (P/AFFO) is a better predictor of the REIT value than P/FFO. That's because FFO does not account for expenses on maintaining the properties. Overall a nice video, keep up the good work.
Any good non-Vanguard REIT ETFs you can recommend?
Their idiocy cost me $20,000 five years ago and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
Have you looked at GMRE. Feels unique in the medical REIT space
Best investment is too put some money on the side line about 40% , because all stocks included this reed will fall heavily, then you buy in and have double profit
O is definitely worth a look, I also like DLR. Also with changing demographics and a post-covid world take a look at some of the healthcare REITS (WELL & OHI) which were barely impacted by the last real estate downturn of 08. Also OHI dividend is about 7%
I'm heavy in VNQ and O . Interested in ARE and WPC. This channel has been a great resource for me. Thanks Jimmy!
Hey Jimmy, what do you think of VNQ Expense Ratio (net) of 0.12%?
