    Hi Darth, I have always liked reits. Last year I put a reit etf NETL in my IRA, it made nothing. This sounds bad…..but in a market that fell about 20-30% in 2022, maybe it was a blessing. Reits are to preserve capital and provide income, which unfortunately is taxed heavily…..I am holding on Reits right now because reits are a leveraged phenomenon, if interest rates stay high, this will hurt reits as the cost of their loans will become higher and ultimately lead to them selling off properties or cutting the dividend. However, if you are a buy and holder maybe this is the right time to buy some. Good luck C
