When it comes to investing, having the right tools at your disposal is of utmost importance. One essential tool that can greatly enhance your financial strategy is a credit card tailored specifically to the needs of investors. These credit cards not only offer remarkable benefits and rewards for your spending, but they also provide additional perks that align with the investment world. If you’re looking for a credit card that offers huge value and high cash back, here are a few options worth considering:
1. Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card: This card is perfect for investors who travel frequently or for those who want to maximize their rewards. With the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card, you’ll earn 2x points on travel and dining worldwide, along with 1 point per dollar spent on all other purchases. The points you earn can be transferred to airline and hotel loyalty programs or redeemed for cash back. Additionally, this card offers travel benefits, like trip cancellation insurance and auto rental collision damage waiver, providing extra peace of mind while investing.
2. Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card: This credit card is an excellent choice for investors who appreciate simplicity and flexibility. It offers unlimited 2x miles per dollar spent on every purchase, which can later be redeemed for travel expenses. The card also has no foreign transaction fees, making it a great option for those who frequently invest in international markets. Furthermore, the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card provides top-notch travel benefits, including an application fee credit for TSA PreCheck® or Global Entry.
3. Fidelity Rewards Visa Signature Card: If you’re an investor with a Fidelity account, this credit card is a must-have. It provides 2% cash back on all purchases, with the option to transfer the rewards directly into your Fidelity account. The cash back can then be invested or used as you see fit. This card also offers additional perks, such as auto rental collision damage waiver and purchase protection.
4. Citi Double Cash Card: If simplicity is your priority, the Citi Double Cash Card is an excellent choice. With this card, you’ll earn 1% cash back on all purchases upfront, and an additional 1% when you pay your bill. This effectively allows you to earn 2% cash back on every dollar you spend. While it may not come with specialized investment benefits, the sheer simplicity and high earning potential of the Citi Double Cash Card make it a top contender for investors.
5. American Express Blue Cash Preferred® Card: This credit card is ideal for investors who spend a considerable amount on groceries and streaming services, offering an impressive 6% cash back at U.S. supermarkets (up to $6,000 per year) and 6% cash back on select U.S. streaming subscriptions. Additionally, you’ll earn 3% cash back at U.S. gas stations and on transit expenses, along with 1% cash back on other purchases. The American Express Blue Cash Preferred® Card also comes with exclusive shopping and entertainment benefits, making it a well-rounded option for investors.
In conclusion, choosing the right credit card for investors can significantly enhance your financial strategy. Look for cards that offer substantial benefits and rewards aligned with your investment preferences. Consider factors such as cash back rates, travel benefits, and compatibility with your existing accounts. By selecting a credit card tailored to investors, you can unlock huge value and enjoy high cash back on your everyday spending.

IMO The regular Fidelity Visa 2% cash back looks like the best deal. You just have to have a Fidelity account, which offers free trades, zero monthly cost, great trade execution, and the broadest range of investable securities. There are no games. You don't have to deal with points, you don't have to deal with categories. The fidelity cards mentioned in the video require you to have a Fidelity Financial Advisor with fidelity, so the bump in cash back is eaten up by their fees.
I think you may have overlooked the Schwab investor card.
Let’s say I had the Schwab investor card and a Roth IRA with CS. If I contribute the maximum amount, would I still get cash back? If so and it doesn’t go towards your contribution limits, that 1.5% cash back could be worth wayyy more in tax free growth.
If I have Amex investor card and Gold card can I use points from Gold card? Thanks
If you have investor card and regular Amex Gold can points be used from Gold?
I love the grounded reality of this channel, its normal to see so many investors panic amid a worsening bearish market but it is also important to note that the market situation is nothing new in the crypto world. Several factors are driving negative sentiment in the stock and crypto markets right now including inflation, a shaky stock market, rising interest rates, and recession fears. As a result, BTC has dropped significantly from its all-time high, breaking below several key technical levels. As a crypto investor, the current situation might seem bleak. However, there are several tried and tested expert suggested investment strategies that can help you accumulate the current crypto storm, in few weeks of implementing trade with accurate signals directly from Theo Ryan, I have been able to accumulate over 15 btc despite the current state of the market.
Right now I'm only doing BofA's Customized Cash, boosted by my Roth IRA. I have the Schwab Platinum, but it will not be renewed. Fidelity looks interesting for later on!
Get out of town… That's so cool. It’s about time they see the logic in rewarding investors.
The Fold card is a card that lets you earn money back in bitcoin
Never really heard of the Goldman Sachs Amex Platinum. I have the Fidelity card, its nice for a 2% catch all card and their trading platform is decent enough but I found them to be oddly conservative with their credit limits compared to literally everybody else in the world.
Fyi fidelity cash management debit card reimburses all atm fees worldwide, no limits, AND waives all conversion fees. Used it several times overseas and its amazing. My friends had me take out $ for them to avoid foreign fee and atm fees.
Finallllylyyyyyy ben did a video on gemini card! Excellent card
HAHA. You knew exactly what you were doing with that thumbnail.
I really wish E-Trade would work better with Morgan Stanley amex plat.
What happened to your hair?
Apmex has the bullion card.
I really wanted to get the AMEX Gold to get the full trifecta, especially since I spend a lot at restaurants and on groceries and even more especially since I’ll be taking several trips soon and eating tons of nice meals. However, I went to apply and got the stupid pop-up saying I’m not eligible for a welcome bonus. I’ve only opened two AMEX cards this year. Platinum back in May and BBP fairly recently (just got the bonus for that today). Is there a way to speed up getting out of AMEX jail so I can get gold before my trips? I spent a pretty good amount on the food categories in the past year so I’m really missing out on AMEX points.
Good haircut
The option of obtain the additional points in cards of bank of america, you need to have saving account online or traditional??
I have the Charles Schwab Amex Platinum and the Amex Gold I'm trying to get to $250,000 so I can decrease my annual fee lol
Hey Ben, if I am currently holding Amex Plat (Vanilla), can I still apply Plat MS version for 125k bonus? Eventually, I'm thinking to cancel Vanilla version after getting MS Plat. Should I cancel it before applying MS version?
Real question is why doesn’t Chase have an investing card? It seems like a perfect fit to their portfolio as they offer investment accounts.
What about the "save" card? Granted it probably don't make sense during a *recession and it is a SoFi product but isn't that an investing card?
No mention of the Amex Card/Abra Partnership for an Amex Crypto Rewards Card?
I just saw that I can now change the card art on my Schwab Platinum to the new Kehinde Wiley or Julie Mehretu designs.
M1 is by far my favorite
SoFi credit card should be on here. It's just a basic 2% cashback but you can redeem it directly with an investing account
Add the M1 Credit Card.
MS amex plat is no longer worth it given the higher opportunity cost (from higher rates) of the $30K needed to deposit there
First?
