One of the top contenders in the market is the “TD Ameritrade Mobile” app. This app is known for its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features. It offers a wide range of options tools, including option chains, strategy scanners, and customizable dashboards that allow you to track your positions and create watchlists. The app also provides real-time quotes and charts, so you can stay updated on market movements and make informed decisions.

Another popular option is the “E*TRADE Mobile” app. E*TRADE is a well-established brokerage firm, and their app delivers a seamless trading experience. It offers a robust set of options trading tools, including options chains, price alerts, and option Greeks. The app also provides access to educational resources, such as articles and webinars, which can help traders enhance their understanding of options trading.

Next on the list is the “OptionsHouse” app. OptionsHouse, now part of E*TRADE, is widely recognized for its low-cost options trading and professional-grade tools. The app features advanced charting capabilities, including the ability to analyze historical options data. It also offers a unique feature called “tradeLAB,” which allows you to visualize potential profit and loss scenarios for various options strategies.

For those looking for a more simplified options trading experience, the “Robinhood” app is worth considering. Known for its commission-free trading, Robinhood enables you to trade options without incurring any fees. The app offers a clean and intuitive interface, making it ideal for beginners. However, it should be noted that Robinhood has limited options trading capabilities compared to other platforms.

Lastly, the “Thinkorswim Mobile” app is a popular choice among active traders. Developed by TD Ameritrade, this app stands out for its advanced options trading tools and comprehensive research capabilities. It offers a range of features, such as options screeners, backtesting capabilities, and detailed option analysis. The app also integrates with social media platforms, allowing traders to share ideas and insights with their peers.

I was looking forward to trading on TD-A. Set up my account with no issues, had it for 2 days, then couldn't log in. After contacting TD, they informed me they decided to close my account. Zero explanation provided. Following, I did research on this issue, apparently there are so many people who have had their account suddenly and randomly closed, including ppl who have been trading on TD for 2+ years and were blocked from accessing their funds for 6+ months. Scary.

Thank you for sharing these videos! Can you recommend a broker in the UK? Unfortunately TD Ameritrade isn't available here 🙁

Many people do not understand the reason they are allowed to trade for free is not really free… Hedge funds have a super high frequency but see Internet cable that allows to break up 1 second into 100th of a second thereby taking profits off a trade. Skimming off the trade before you're aware of it. You're never aware of it in fact and the make money off your trades. You think you're getting a freak and good trade price. Would you actually been screwed out of 10to20Percent of a hundred seconds

  16. Rob Rising

It was OK for the hedge funds to manipulate the market which is against the law. And then. When retell was able to take advantage of them once they realized what was going on they were shut out by robin hood…

  20. Tom Dixon

I once called robinhood to ask them what their banks routing number was. They refused to tell me the answer to this very simple question. I found this very telling about the slipshod culture there. I withdrew all of my money and closed my account from robinhood about a year ago.

  21. Rory Tennes

Good video. Except. There is no safe way to trade. It's a gamble. No guarantee at any time what is going to happen in the market.
There is no safe trade strategy. Period.
