    Do you plan to cover topics for retired Federal Employees?

    Can you explain why the TSP doesn't pay dividends, I was told that dividends are factored in to the funds but I don't think that's true, I make less than $50,000. If my dividends are not being reinvested then I should just contribute to my vanguard ROTH IRA. What do you think, thank you.
