   Tl;Dr Boeing is now on the hook for possible criminal charges after judge ruled the DoJ acted without the interest of the victims of families in families case appeal to original plea deal.

   Texas governor heard/ignored victims and pushed for plea deal as well.

   Now, they can move in criminally prosecuting Boeing execs.

   Plea deal $1.2b to airlines. $500m to families.

   I thought it was crazy how ppl loaded up on BA after the 2020 lows like it was going back to $400.. it’s not even currently a stable company. They still have hundreds of planes sitting on the ground they can’t sell. They will have no new designs out for years. Airbus is destroying them top to bottom and will continue to for years…. I should look at puts ….
