    I thought you could only borrow for a first home ? Do you pay taxes on the loan? Are there covid related eligibility requirements for avoiding the penalty? If I'm thinking correctly.. you'd be paying back the loan with interest, you'd ideally still be contributing to your retirement plan and paying the mortgage plus property taxes?
