Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) is an excellent option for government employees who wish to retire before the age of superannuation. Under this scheme, the employee gets a lump sum amount as a retirement benefit. The amount of pension depends on several factors including the employee’s length of service, age, and salary at the time of retirement.
The calculation of pension depends on the employee’s Last Pay Drawn (LPD). The LPD is the last salary drawn by the employee before retirement. The LPD is calculated by multiplying the total number of years of service by the last basic pay drawn.
The amount of pension depends on the employee’s age at the time of retirement. Generally, the pension amount is higher for employees who retire at an early age. The pension amount is calculated by multiplying the LPD by the number of years of service and dividing it by 70.
The pension amount also depends on the employee’s salary at the time of retirement. Generally, the pension amount is higher for employees who have a higher salary at the time of retirement. Sir railway vrs lene par paisa kitne time me milta h?
सर मेरे पापा जी की जन्मतिथि 1/07/1958 है। उन्होंने 28 वर्ष 6 माह सर्विस की सर्विस की इसके बाद चाचा जी की अचानक मृत्यु होने पर आईटीबीपी से उन्होंने 1/10/2002 को VRS ले लिया अभी उनको मात्र 15000 पेंशन मिल रहा है। सर कृपाय आप बताने की कृपा करें कि क्या इतनी ही पेंशन के वो पात्र हैं या कोई त्रुटि है। पोर्टल में invalid retirement error aa jaati hai
